Guest Accommodation

Ashley Park House offers 50 stylish ensuite guest bedrooms within the Main House, Coach Houses and in Lodges dotted around the estate. Our 2026 bed and breakfast rates are now confirmed as follows:

Double/Twin Room (two guests sharing): €99 per person per night (€198 per room per night)
Single Occupancy Rooms: €120 per person per night
Family Rooms (three or more adults): €90 per person per night
Children sharing a family room with parents:
- Up to 10 years: €20 per child per night
- 11–17 years: €30 per child per night
Babies: No charge when using a travel cot
(Parents are asked to bring their own travel cot)

Guest arrival to Ashley Park House and grounds is from 2pm at the earliest. Check-in for guests is from 2pm (earlier arrival cannot be accommodated). Breakfast is being served from 08.30 to 10.30 am. We ask that all guests check-out and vacate their rooms by 11am. We appreciate this.

Please refer to the wedding couple in the first instance with regards to all accommodation requests. We do not take direct wedding accommodation bookings.

The Main House

There are six luxury bedrooms in the Main House with sweeping views of the lake and of the Courtyard and gardens. The House is normally reserved for members of the wedding party and we ask the couple to assign all on site rooms to their guests.

The Coach Houses

Recently renovated, the Coach Houses are arranged around the central Courtyard, which was a central part of the original estate. The structure of the buildings, the dovecote, the stables and the coach houses, have all been painstakingly retained and restored. The cobblestone yard has been faithfully replaced and all the houses are illuminated at night with up lighting creating a magical effect up the avenues and around the walled gardens.

The bedrooms are all uniquely different. Bespoke-designed with French-inspired furnishings, each interior is different with sumptuous fabrics and contemporary décor. Large beds with plump duvets adorn each of the suites and each room has a modern ensuite bathroom.

Garden Cottage & Lodges

Tucked away in a corner of the walled garden is the two story one bedroom stone ‘Gardener’s Cottage’. Opposite the entrance to the Pavilion, is the ‘Side Cottage”.

We have family rooms available. Please let the wedding couple know what type of room is required as they will allocate the rooms for their wedding night.

At the entrances to the grounds are the two gate lodges. At the main entrance, just under the Lahorna stone gates, is the Castle Lodge with its crenulated walls. The lodge has four guest rooms which look out into the dappled woodlands with the high beech trees framing the driveway up to the house.

Nestled in the woods by the side entrance is the Lakeview Lodge. The lake can be spied in the distance across the field which is dotted with the majestic beech trees that were planted over 200 years ago. The lodge has five bedrooms and a large communal area.

Things to Note

Please note that Wedding Accommodation is not available to be booked online. If the couple have reserved a room for you, you don’t need to contact us directly to confirm the reservation, just arrive to check-in on the day.

We provide Wi-Fi throughout all guest rooms at Ashley Park House and there is a television in the Main House Drawing Room just in case a special match is on.
