We began February with some snow which quickly changed into bulbs blooming up all over the property. In our glass house we sowed 1000s of seeds which at the end of the month we already have our sowings growing into – Lettuce, Spinach, Onion, Parsley, Dill, Coriander, Peppers, Garlic, Cabbage, and much more. We also started propagating our existing overgrowth of garden flowers. Our crew spent a few weeks giving a thorough pruning over 2 dozen apple trees in our garden so we will be guaranteed to have nice big healthy apples for this crop.
