BBQ MUSIC

 

For a BBQ or Pre-Wedding dinner we require acoustic music with no form of amplification outside (this is not applied for music indoors). Outdoor music must be acoustic only (e.g. guitar only, no speakers). On a warm summer evening, guests will likely be focused on enjoying the sunset outside, so scheduling a band or DJ too early is not the best choice. We would recommend starting the music around 9:30pm (from May to August), 8pm (September) and 7:30/8pm (from October to April) for within the pavilion or main house.  The wedding couple is welcome to use our portable speaker outside throughout the day or our main house sound system installed on the veranda – you can control it easily from your phone.

All music, including DJ’s must plug into our in-house system. No outside or additional sound system can be used.
