We believe the heart of any wedding reception is the food, therefore our experienced team of chefs are on hand to ensure that this tradition is maintained throughout your special day. We take pride in offering delicious, freshly made and locally sourced where possible, mouth-watering wedding food.
We make full use of the produce grown in our gardens carefully tendered by our team of gardeners who work with our chefs to bring a seasonal balance to our menus.
Our fantastic culinary team also offer a four course dinner when we don’t have events taking place. Please email us for date availability.
The celebrations kick off with the drinks reception for your guests which we serve in front of the house with Lough Ourna serving as a backdrop. Perhaps a glass of Prosecco or a pint of Guinness? We can mix it up with a gin and tonic as well as bottled beers. Feeling like something a bit lighter? We can also add soft drinks and teas and coffees.
We arrange for range of canapés for your guests including vegetarian and vegan options. We can work with you to provide your particular favourites but some of our most popular are shown below and include:
- Sun blanched tomato tartlets
- Smoked salmon on our house brown bread
- Homemade mini scones served with cream and jam
